It is set at the end of a quiet no-through road with a sheltered, secluded garden. Over the road is the village playing field with tennis courts. Inside, the house is warm, convenient and attractive – practical for families with children, yet well-furnished to be relaxing and comfortable for the older generation. Blakeney Quay is a short walk past the village shop (with bacon for the ever-obliging crabs). From here is access to the marsh or up to the village.
