Large walk-in shower cubicle and wash basin. Separate toilet and basin. Twin bed with 3rd bed and cot conversion rails. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing table. Electric panel heating. Outside there is a large decking area providing private sunbathing and outside eating area. A short walk between the two lakes takes you to the seashore. Owner on site to greet you on arrival 1pm onward. Departure by 10am following Sat.
