Swallow Barn & Rookyard Farm

“Probably the best cottage we have ever stayed in” was the comment from a recent visitor. Situated on the edge of the village of Holton yet only one mile from the small market town of Halesworth, Swallow Barn and Rookyard Cottage offer something for everyone.

Guests have use of an indoor heated pool, a large games paddock and extensive gardens. Each cottage is well equipped with Freesat TV, a fully fitted kitchen/sitting room and two bedrooms, a double and a twin each with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a south facing terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco dining.

The cottages offer an excellent base for exploring the delights of rural Suffolk and are just a short drive from Southwold, the Heritage Coast and Minsmere RSPB Reserve. There are many off road areas nearby suitable for walkers and cyclists.
