Southwold, Walberswick, RSPB reserves, coastal walks and Norwich City within 1/2 hour’s drive. Shops 3 miles, pub 1/2 mile. Ground floor: Lounge, dining room/kitchen with French doors to large seated terrace. First floor: 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room with toilet & basin, one with French doors to balcony with seating. Services: OFCH.
