Exclusively for non smokers and open all year, Tall Tress is situated on the edge of the Royal Sandringham estate in rural North West Norfolk. Historic King’s Lynn with over 300 listed buildings is a short drive. Snettisham’s RSPB reserve and Natural England’s Dersingham Bog are nearby, both offering ample opportunity for walking and wildlife spotting. This area has many good walks for those looking for fresh air and open views of the countryside and seaside, especially during the quieter months of autumn and winter. Bring your bikes and cycle around the Norfolk lanes for days out. The very comfortable bedrooms with sitting areas, overlooking the secluded garden, are well apart from each other and are accessed from the outside (our downstairs twin is completely self contained) as is the large conservatory where breakfast is served on separate, well spaced tables.
