Situated in a quiet residential road in the popular seaside town of Aldeburgh on the Heritage Coast of Suffolk, this lovely house was built in the 1840s. The property has been decorated and furnished to give it a beach hut feel. Its decor and furnishings are fresh, bright and uncluttered. The front door opens in to a small hallway with stairs, leading off to the sitting room to the left and the dining room & kitchen to the right. There is a small sunny paved garden to the rear of the property, which is accessed through the kitchen. The bathroom is downstairs and upstairs are three bedrooms, two of which are linked.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom at the front of the house, with super-kingsized bed. The room is also furnished with three chairs, a chest of drawers and there is a closed fireplace and wall clock. Hooks on back of door and laundry basket.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom (2 x 3ft beds). Bedside table, ottoman chest, chest of drawers, chair, closed fireplace with mirror over. There are two hooks on the back of the door, for hanging clothes. The boiler is located in this room, within an airing cupboard.

Bedroom 3: This room is accessed via Bedroom 2. Twin bedroom (2 x 3ft beds). Chest, closed fireplace, hooks for hanging clothes on. Bedside table. Mirror on wall.

Downstairs Bathroom: WC, hand basin, bath, mirror, shelf, chair, window with blind overlooks the patio garden.

Kitchen: Duck egg blue units, small fridge with ice box and electric cooker. Toaster, kettle, good selection of utensils, pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses.

Dining room: Furnished with long table and 6 sturdy chairs and 2 extra chairs. Wicker occasional chair. Large understairs cupboard with iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clothes horse etc.

Garden: The garden is paved with a garden bench and small BBQ. There is a washing line, but no washing machine.

Street parking only. Own transport is helpful but not essential and the nearest train station is at Saxmundham.

Lounge: Two x 2 seater sofas. Two coffee tables and a lamp. Small flat screen TV and DVD player. Fireplace with mirror over. Two wicker occasional chairs and a wooden chair. Selection of books and magazines. Wooden shutters. Mirror on wall.

General: Central heating and hot water via a combi-boiler. Selection of games & books.
