Enjoy the comfort of our self contained guest suite which consists of a double bedroom, luxurious Edwardian style en-suite bathroom and own sitting room; equipped with flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. A separate wet room and sauna is also available for a supplementary charge.

Guests can be fully independent as the suite has its own entrance and off road parking. Awaiting you in your sitting room is tea and coffee making facilities.

A continental breakfast (which includes freshly baked bread, cereal and homemade preserves) is replenished daily. Cooked breakfast, packed lunches and evening meals are available for a supplementary charge.

During your stay you can take advantage of our imposing Garden Room with its own flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. Guests can also stroll in our extensive garden and small wooded area. A heated outdoor swimming pool is available in season.

We offer an additional double bedroom and tea and coffee making facilities. A continental or cooked breakfast is available on request and can be taken in the Garden Room.

Terrington St John boasts a village pub and an Italian restaurant, both within 5 minutes walk. The historic Hanseatic Town of King’s Lynn is just 10 minutes drive away where visitors will find a wide choice of restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes and menu preferences.
