The Coach House | Visit East of England

The Coach House is set in glorious Suffolk countryside, in the rural village of Framsden, just in front of the windmill. There are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two single beds, sleeping up to 4 people. The well furnished, spacious living room has wonderful views. There is a colour television, DVD, video and CD player. The bathroom has a bath with a shower. The well equipped kitchen has a fridge, electric hob & oven, a microwave and a washer/dryer. A cot, high chair & child safety gate are available. All bedding & towels are provided. There are very effective storage/convection heaters in all rooms.

There is car parking for 1 car (two by arrangement) and a shared garden, providing a delightful setting for summer barbecues. Secure bike parking available. The accommodation is located on the first floor. We regret we cannot accept pets.

Framsden village has a pub that features in the good food guide, a Norman church, a small children’s play area, many public footpaths and a windmill. Framsden is 9 miles from Woodbridge & Ipswich. The spectacular Suffolk coast is just 35 minutes away. Milk, bread, eggs & newspaper deliveries can usually be arranged.

A regular bus service passes the door several times a day into Ipswich, Framlingham and Saxmundham. In the historic town of Debenham 3 miles away, there is a post office & supermarket together with antique shops, restaurants & a newsagent.
