The Old Manor House

The Old Manor House is a beautiful period red brick detached family home in the heart of Brancaster.


It has a fully enclosed mature garden to the front and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms within. There is a large sitting / dining area and bright conservatory off the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is situated downstairs with an en-suite bedroom off. There are four further bedrooms upstairs all a good size.

Entrance hall, stairs up and doors leading on either side to sitting room and downstairs bedroom

Sitting / Dining Room: A large and comfortable room with double aspect windows to front and back. Very comfortable leather sofas and armchairs, coffee table, open fire, TV(with Sky), DVD and stereo. To the rear of the room is a dining table and chairs and sideboard.

Kitchen / Conservatory: The kitchen offers plenty of cupboard space, dishwasher, fridge, microwave & electric cooker. Arch leading to traditional conservatory with plenty of space for the large dining table and chairs with a lovely open aspect to the front garden.

Utility Room: Useful room with automatic washing machine and new tumble dryer.
