The Rose and Crown is a Fourteenth Century village inn of great character and charm minutes away from Royal Sandringham, with its beautiful grounds (open all year) and house, Houghton Hall, Norfolk Lavender, RSPB Reserves at Snettisham, Titchwell and Holme, glorious North Coast beaches and irresistible shops of Burnham Market. Great area for walking, cycling and exploring by car. The Rose & Crown offers good food, beers and wines in delightful surroundings, with the emphasis on friendliness and informality. The menu, which changes regularly, incorporates the best local produce in season, and ranges from traditional pub favourites to more exotic dishes. With its twisting passages, huge ancient beams and open log fires the core of The Rose and Crown is much as it has been for centuries, a proper local pub with a terrific drinking trade, taking in people from all walks of life.
