The Royal Hotel

We are a medium-sized family-run establishment having been under the same ownership since 1980.

The hotel has evolved, along with the family, and this is all evident as you wander through our charming 16th century building.

Our mission is to provide you with a warm and friendly welcome, whilst offering a professional service, unparalleled by many establishments of comparable size.

Being the proud owners of such a prominent building, famous for its rich history and strong links to Lord Nelson, we have tried to keep the character and theme alive, whilst providing guests with all of the amenities expected of a modern day hotel.

Here in Mundesley, it is a beautiful and unspoilt area, allowing you to do as much or as little as you choose. There are many local attractions to visit including National Trust properties, bird watching, fine shopping towns and city or of course the acclaimed Norfolk Broads waterways.
