Luxury hotel rooms in the refurbished Waveney Inn riverside hotel and pub. The pub forms part of the award winning Waveney River Centre destination, with its indoor heated pool, shop, holiday lodges and boating facilities.

The spacious rooms were brand new for 2014 and feature super king size beds, 40in HD TVs and everything you need for a relaxing break including use of our swimming pool and Wi-Fi. A pedestrian ferry to Carlton Marshes is also provided for our guests.

Whilst staying with us, you can enjoy the Broads National Park by canoe or day cruiser, walk to Oulton Broad via our pedestrian ferry, or just soak up the glorious views across the marshes from the Waveney Inn’s alfresco decking area. Our air conditioned bar and restaurant offers a delicious menu of locally sourced, home cooked food and a range of local ales.

If you do feel the need to escape by car, popular day trips include Somerleyton with its stately home and maze, the historic market town of Beccles and Oulton Broad with its lovely park and gardens. Golf and horse riding are both available within a 15 minute drive and the popular beaches of Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Southwold are less than 30 minutes away, as is the historic City of Norwich – one of the UK’s top retail and cultural destinations.
