Woodfarm Barns

Woodfarm House is a rambling 15th Century, Luxury, Dog-Friendly Holiday Cottage at the independently owned Woodfarm Barns in the Heart of the Suffolk Countryside. As well as Hundreds of Five Star reviews on TripAdvisor, Facebook and Google, each cottage has the Quality in Tourism (VisitEngland) Gold Award. We’re very proud of our ratings and what our guests have to say about us!

We find that we’re fully booked a lot of the time, which means that we unfortunately have to turn many people away each year. However, this just proves that our guests love staying with us all year round!

Woodfarm House sleeps two guests – ideal for a romantic break. Additionally, we have seven more cottages, each of which sleep two. Each cottage, including Woodfarm House, is connected to a fully enclosed private garden and we also have a two-acre meadow across the lane, also fully enclosed, just for our guests and their dogs. We welcome up to three dogs per booking.

Guests enter Woodfarm House through the fully fitted, farmhouse-style kitchen, complete with a range cooker and dining table. Through the hallway you can enter the spacious sitting room with an inglenook fireplace, and a snug which doubles up as a dining room. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a wonderful ‘ball & claw’ footed roll-top slipper bath.

The cottage has a cosy, magical feel to it, with something unique around every corner!
