A large leisure centre in King’s Lynn that houses 2 fully equipped gyms, fitness classes, racket sports, athletics track, climbing wall, Kaset (indoor Skatepark) 3G and multiuse pitches, a gymnastics centre, sports lessons, indoor bowls, inclusive play park, bars and Alive Bites Café.
The facility is also the home to the College of West Anglia Sports Campus, and associated clubs.
