Beccles Lido

Heated open air swimming pool on Puddingmoor in the Suffolk market town of Beccles, by the beautiful River Waveney. Our 30 x 15 metre pool, separate toddler and paddling pools are all heated to 28°C (in summer season) and suitable for all ages. We have lots of paved and grassy areas for sunbathing, as well as picnic tables, chairs and sunloungers, and a café with covered outdoor eating area.

Our Main Pool has a 3.5 metre deep end with a 1 metre springboard and a slide at the shallow end
Our Toddler Pool is just 0.75 metres deep and there is an adjoining Splash Pool just 0.27 metres deep
We have regular giant inflatable aquarun sessions
We have a Childrens adventure play and family picnic area and all-weather exercise equipment
Our well stocked café serves hot and cold meals and snacks, ice creams, cold drinks, delicious teas, coffees and hot chocolate
We have excellent disabled access and facilities including hoist-assisted entry to the water if required (please telephone ahead for details or with any special requirements)
