Bishops Boats – Seal Trips

See the seals in their natural environment, basking on Blakeney Point. The Point offers protection for the harbour and surrounding saltmarshes, this provides a perfect habitat for the vast array of residential and migratory wildlife. We trust our seal trip will leave you with a memorable visit.

Description
Description

All trips are seal-watching trips lasting approximately 1hr. The best vantage point for the seal and tern colony is from the boats, as we are able to get quite close to the shore without causing any disturbance to the wildlife. As we do not land on Blakeney Point we are able to spend extra time at the seal and tern colony, (also known as rookeries). This also helps to preserve the natural environment of the reserve. Booking ahead by telephone for all seal trips is essential to avoid disappointment, we can also advise you about the seal trip. Tickets must be collected from Blakeney Quay no later than 30 minutes before sailing time. Well behaved dogs are welcome (at our discretion). For passenger comfort, Bishop’s Boats operate a non-smoking policy on-board.
