Description
Description

This lovely mill sleeps up to 18 in round and rectangular rooms, all furnished with style and with splendid views. The sunsets from here are unforgettably lovely. B & B, self catering, and you can even hire the entire windmill for that extra special house party. The best of the rooms are the Barley Bin for its size (and the huge, claw foot bath) and the Stone Room for its setting, on the highest habitable level of the mill, its double-height ceiling exposes two sets of massive beams; the windows in the tower’s curving walls reveal waving rushes on the marsh to one side and a view of Blakeney Church on the other; and the ‘back door’ leads out on to the balcony which runs around much of the mill’s girth. A charming little shower/WC is inserted into the room behind a wooden partition. The windmill has one of the highest occupancy rates in the country.
