The Lavenham Walk follows a section of the disused railway line that once linked Sudbury to Bury St Edmunds. This section links the village of Lavenham with the Melford Hall estate.

Directions to start: Lavenham is on A1141, south of Bury St Edmunds.

Pakring: Join the walk at Lavenham, Park Road or Bridge Street Road. Parking available at each location.

Nearest train station: 7 miles (Sudbury).
