RSPB Boyton and Hollesley Marshes

Boyton and Hollesley Marshes are two vibrant coastal reserves in the lower reaches of the Alde-Ore Estuary, managed by the RSPB.

They include rich grazing marshes, making them great places for watching birds of prey, owls, butterflies and dragonflies. Follow the footpath down to the quiet freshwater lagoon at Hollesley and see if you can spot many species of breeding wader including Lapwings, Wigeons and Avocets as they forage in the shallows.
