St Mary’s Church- Fishley

Welcome to St. Mary’s Fishley, which has been in constant use since at least the 12th century and is still in use today as a place of worship. It is one of those special places steeped in history, where you will find peace and tranquility, romance and curiosity, curiosity into wonder.

Open Friday was established in 2009 as a mechanism for bringing together volunteers, visitors and the wider community that promotes its social, cultural and historical attributes, together with encouraging an interest in funding a continuing programme of conservation.

We hope that you will enjoy the rich complexities of its history and architecture and by visiting Fishley you are helping us to care for this truly remarkable building.
