Suffolk Owl Sanctuary

A wonderful experience with an outdoor flying arena featuring frequent demonstrations of birds of prey in flight plus meerkats, an information centre, and an owlish gift shop.

The Suffolk Owl Sanctuary at Stonham Barns Park in the heart of Suffolk provides a delightful place to visit to watch, study or simply enjoy the company of Owls and other beautiful birds of prey. There are over 80 raptors at the Centre, all housed in spacious aviaries and flying free in narrated flying displays or demonstrations. A visit to our Meerkat Mob is a must, there's an Owl Safari for the youngsters, a Discovery Center too, an inclusive playground and sandpit, and our unusual owlish gift shop. Our come-&-go ticket enables you to take time out to explore all the other attractions at Stonham Barns Park and return to see us for further displays or to bring your picnic and have lunch in peaceful surroundings.
