Swaffham Potter

I make individual and functional pottery for everyday use in the home. The stoneware pots are fired in a reducing atmosphere in a gas kiln to a temperature of 1300c. I use a combination of Oriental glazes in a contemporary manner, sometimes layering one over another with wax resist. The clay is not available locally and is sourced with the UK.

Open: Weekends during Norfolk Open Studios and by appointment. Also at Babylon Gallery, Ely; Octogon Gallery, Wisbeach and on commission to Strattons Hotel and Cocoes Deli/Cafe, Swaffham.

Markets: Fellbrigg Hall Green Build Event, Farmers Market Marquee.
