Working with local suppliers, Michelin trained Head Chef Hervé Stouvenel creates sensational seasonal dishes, full of fantastic flavours, combining classic English cuisine with global influences. If you’re looking for a longer visit, you may like to stay overnight in the barns. Set in almost two acres of grounds, these newly renovated livestock barns have oodles of character much akin to the pub, two out of the six rooms are dog friendly.
