The Lighthouse Inn was taken over by Steve Bullimore in 1989, and Steve introduced Walcott’s first Free House. Over the past 30 years The Lighthouse Inn has gained a reputation of serving good quality meals along with excellent beer. Sue and her hard-working team pride themselves on producing quality and value-for-money food, using fresh locally-grown vegetables and quality British meats. We make our own special steak pies using our homemade pastry, and we serve fresh locally-caught fish, supplied by our local fishmonger. In 2019 we opened a new camping, motorhome and caravan site next door, which is open all year round. The Lighthouse Inn is a great place to start and end a walk along the Deep History Coast path, part of the Norfolk Coastal Trail. We are Ambassadors of the Deep History Coast Project, and you can learn much more about the exciting history of this area, and download the app which will enhance your visit, when you pop in for a drink!
