Sizzling in our British built wood fired grill ‘Bertha’ are succulent steaks locally reared then prepared and hung for 28 days in our on-site butchery for optimal flavour. Also from the Bertha you will discover award winning pork from the world-renowned Butler farm in Blythburgh and sustainably sourced seafood from the North Sea and landed at local harbours.
