The Walpole Arms

The Walpole Arms, dating back to the 18th century, sits within the picturesque village of Itteringham. Itteringham, on the banks of the River Bure is four miles from the market town of Aylsham and just two miles from Blickling Hall.

We offer a large range of authentic Spanish tapas, as well as continuing to provide a selection of traditional British dishes such as fish and chips. All of our dishes are prepared using as much locally sourced produce as possible.

The traditional bar area with red brick walls, oak beams and, of course, a wood burner to keep you warm in those cold winter months, offers both drinkers and diners alike a charming atmosphere in which to relax.

The impressive Garden Room with high oak beams and cozy seating area opens out onto our vine covered terrace, creating the perfect setting for some al fresco dining, whether be it a romantic meal for two or a big family celebration.

Saturday: 12pm to 11pm (food 12pm – 3pm & 6pm – 9.30pm)
Sunday: 12pm to 5pm (food till 3pm)
