The White Horse

Tucked away in the South Suffolk countryside we are surrounded by good walking territory. Rustic & rural, we are still a proper pub, offering an array of local ales plus Saison and Sour beers brewed on-site. Our food is homemade with the majority being Gluten Free including our Vegetarian meals.

We have a strong environmental ethos – with solar panels, a wind turbine, our own water supply and wood which heats the pub’s water.

We are on the South Suffolk Cycle Route which is well signed. Our campsite has 4 hook-ups and space for about 30 tents. Our solar-heated wash block has showers, toilets, fridge and recycling bins. Good Wi-Fi is free. We hold a monthly Quiz Night, twice-monthly ‘Jam Sessions’ and Yoga the last Monday evening each month. The August Bank Holiday we host “Eddy-Fest” – 3 days of live music and beer – camping available but books up quickly!
