The Wolf Brewery brews up to 20 seasonal and permanent award winning ales, available throughout Norfolk. We also bottle many of our beers and they are available from the Brewery Shop (open: Monday-Friday 8:15am-4:45pm). Malt, wheat & barley are from North Norfolk producers.
Awards: Sirius Dog Star won Championship Beer of Britain 2018 at the SIBA (Society of Independent Brewers Association) Awards as well as winning other SIBA East awards such as Gold for Crafty Wolf in 2017 for Keg competition, Gold for Sirius in 2016 for bottle beers, Bronze for Straw Dog in 2017 for cask and bottle and Granny Wouldn’t Like It won supreme champion in 2005. Making us the only working brewery to win championship beer of Britain at the SIBA Awards twice.
Other awards include: Norfolk CAMRA Golden Ale category – Winner 2011, 2010 & 2009. Norfolk Lavender Honey – CAMRA Beer of Festival at Catford.
Environmental Care: The water used throughout the brewery is drawn from an on-site borehole. The locally malted barley comes from Great Ryburgh, near Fakenham.. When the goodness is extracted from the malted cereal, cattle on a neighbouring farm benefit from the spent brewers grains.
