Thorington Theatre is Suffolk’s most beautiful outdoor theatre. It is built in a natural amphitheatre in Suffolk woodland from sustainably coppiced chestnut timber from the woods. Their summer programme offer outstanding theatre, liver music, opera and comedy.

Easy access from the A12. If you are heading south on the A12 the turning into Thorington Road is on your right just 2 miles after Blythburgh; if you are heading North on the A12 Thorington Road is on your left just 3 miles after Darsham. Once on Thorington Road the turning for Thorington Theatre is only 1/4 mile on the left, you will see a large wooden sign and a track through the woods…
