An easy enjoyable walk. Listen for the song of the woodlark in spring and discover the rare wildlife of the forest. Gain an insight into a bygone age when rabbits were ‘King of the Brecks’.

This walk is very easy underfoot and offers a fascinating insight into the history of Warrener’s (rabbit farmers) in the Brecks. The walk through the woods is also a lovely way to get close to nature and the proximity to main roads makes this a very easy walk to reach.

Directions to start: Take the A1065 off the A11 and Warrener’s walk is on the first right just north of A11/A1065 junction (known as Fiveways roundabout).

Nearest train station: 12 miles (Bury St Edmunds).
