Cancellations & refunds
- Cancellations made up to 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
- Delegate substitutions may be made at any time at no extra cost – please notify the Organiser in writing.
- If the event is cancelled by the Organiser, a full refund will be issued.
- If the event is rescheduled, existing tickets will remain valid for the new date.
