Art Nouveau: The Nature of Dreams is a new exhibition to examine the first European style to self-consciously proclaim itself Modern Ð Art Nouveau was profoundly a product of its age.
Art Nouveau: The Nature of Dreams
This exhibition will examine the spectacular, and controversial vision of art practice that raged across the Western world from the end of the 19th century: Art Nouveau.
A dazzling selection of ceramic, furniture, glass, jewellery, paintings, posters and prints, sculpture, and textiles will be on display, featuring interpretations of nature and the creation of a modern style.
Artists and designers will include RenŽ Lalique, Edgar Degas, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, William Morris; Alphonse Mucha and Gabriel Dante Rossetti.

Saturday – Sunday 9am-5pm (Exhibition 10am-4pm)
