The wellbeing practice of forest bathing opens the doors of communication to everything you see hear touch and smell. Nature is present and aware of you ready to support you on your wellbeing journey. The experience will lead you to self-awareness self-discovery a sense of purpose a deeper connection with the natural world and a restful mind.

Join me for this slow relaxing walk as I guide you through a series of sensory immersive meditative and mindful experiences. This is an opportunity for you to disconnect and immerse yourself in the joyful experience of being in nature. Forest bathing is a beautiful self-care experience that will reset your nervous system for true rest and relaxation.

Forest bathing is the Japanese well-being practice of letting nature into our body through our senses. In Japan it is known as shinrin-yoku which translates ‘to bathe in the atmosphere of the forest’ or Forest Bathing.

Forest bathing is different from any other type of nature walk. Gentle walks of around 1-1½ kilometers (½-1 mile) last about 1 1/2 hours. Guided sessions offer experiences that support the awakening of your senses which reduce the static of your inner voice allow you to be present and help you establish a deeper connection to nature.

The psychological and physical benefits of forest bathing include:
