This immersive dance area includes a stainless steel life-size UFO as the DJ Stage.

New for 2024! Maui’s Young Persons Work Initiative

Wellness and Healing Areas
Building on last years success, Maui has expanded it’s Wellness Area so folk can indulge in massage, reiki, crystal healing, yoga sessions, meditation, gong baths and tarot, as well as taking part in various wellbeing workshops throughout the weekend.

Craft Area and Workshops
If you are feeling creative, why not try one of various craft workshops, such as shrunken head making, mosaics, head-dress making or face and body painting? These are adult workshops although for the children there is a huge Kids Area with a full weekend of free activities, including wacky racing, craft sessions, bouncy castles, bubble craft, storytelling and lots more, all with full supervision. Maui is a family-friendly festival!

Children 13yrs and under go FREE

Returning again for 2024 is the incredible Living Art Tent and its stunningly creative UK body painting competition. Months of creative work go into the event, both before the event and on site, ensuring that its many venues and many attractions really look the part. This attention to detail is what really sets this event apart from other small festivals, along with the colourful and vibrant folk who attend, all of which makes for an electric atmosphere on the site.
The festival is proud to have a green policy, recycling 80% of all rubbish on site. They use Solar energy to power the lighting around the site and have ethical trading and food standards, many vegan and vegetarian food stalls plus only charge their food & drink vendors reasonable rates to keep refreshments affordable.

Every year Maui Waui raises money for local charities with charity auctions and other events during the weekend.
