Description
The award winning Weird and Wonderful Wood returns this year on 11th & 12th May at Haughley Park, Stowmarket. Visitors young and old can enjoy beautiful handmade woodcrafts, stalls, demonstrations, free workshops, live music, spontaneous happenings and local food & drink. A magical celebration of all things wood, from fine furniture and sculpture to archery and tree climbing. There’s huge surprises around every corner: chat with a cavewoman, meet a giant tortoise, see a show and whittle a spoon! The organisers have an ethos of keeping the event affordable for families, so once you’re at the event all the activities are free!
