Description

The North Norfolk Exhibition Project’s annual Summer Exhibition of Contemporary Art, selected from the open call to artists with a connection to Norfolk, is this year on the theme of ‘Site/Sight’, with over forty artists producing new work to respond to locations significant to them – including the interior and exterior site of our venue, the beautiful All Saints Church, Wighton, set in the countryside near the North Norfolk coast.

It will also include “6×4”, a collection of postcard-size artworks donated by artists and for sale at £25 each to raise funds for the charity. Some larger works will also be on sale.

Free entry All Saints Church, 26 Kirkgate Lane, Wighton, Near Wells-next-the-Sea, NR23 1PL

For further information and details of a curators’ tour, see the NNEP website.

About the NNEP

The North Norfolk Exhibition Project (NNEP) promotes the profile of contemporary visual arts in north Norfolk by means of an annual open contemporary art exhibition. In Wighton since 2023, it was previously run in churches in Cley-next-the-Sea and Salthouse over the last two decades, regularly attracting audiences in the thousands.

The North Norfolk Exhibition Project is a registered charity No. 1156869. With associated workshops and events, it encourages and extends accessibility and inclusion in the enjoyment and process of contemporary art for all sections of the public.
