Description
Solo Wildlife exhibition by Alison Wilson.
A local artist is a professional pastel and watercolour artist, residing in North Walsham.
This will be Alison’s first solo exhibition entitled’Nature in Our Neighbourhood’.
Alisons enjoyment of capturing the essence of Norfolk’s wildlife in evident. Choosing her source material carefully, Alison is not only able to capture the movement and stance of an individual species but also creates a light in the eye and treats the feather and fur details with correct texture in order to bring the subject alive.
The bird species for the Cley Marshes exhibition have been carefully chosen to compliment the immediate Norfolk environment including black tailed godwit and 5he famous bee eaters.
