Cromer Carnival is one of the most popular Summer events in north Norfolk. The 2016 carnival week runs from Saturday 13th August to Friday 19th August, with the carnival procession taking place on Wednesday 17th August (Carnival Day).

Leading up to the carnival there’s 2 weeks of free children’s events which take place on the beach, promenade and pier. In town you can follow the Cromer Carnival Trail; the town is always buzzing with excitement.

Cromer Carnival

During the carnival week the main playing field on the east side of town offers an arena for displays, competitions and events. Here, you’ll find the main carnival attractions, funfair rides, craft tents and a large marquee where evening entertainment takes place.

Then, to follow, there’s a fun evening of music, dance, colour and the entire town comes out to play!
