British Tourism and Travel Show

The British Tourism & Travel Show attracts over 200 exhibitors each year, many of whom have been with the show since it started over 20 years ago. Visitors attend to meet and do business with amongst others, attractions, destinations, hotels and experience providers.
Visit East of England have taken a stand at this year’s show and would like to invite businesses to partner with them. Participation will give businesses direct access to quality buyers from the group travel trade, including Group Travel Operators (GTOs), coach and bus tour operators and tour organisers from the UK, Ireland and overseas. We have two options for participation, please see below for how you can get involved.
Stand Information
• On the 2x2m2, Visit East of England stand, we will have a brochure rack, counter and bar style stools.
• The VEE stand will have a member of staff on the stand for both days.
What is included – Option 1:
• 1 x representative on the stand for each day of the Show (20th & 21st March 2024)
• 1 x piece of literature for display and distribution
• Free inclusion into the show catalogue, a fascia board with the Sub-Exhibitor’s name (space permitting) and named exhibitor badges for the Sub-Exhibitors
• Transport of exhibition literature to the NEC (subject to size and quantity)
Costs
• £500 + VAT per business
What is not included:-
• Accommodation, food and drink, transport to and from the show.

• 1 x piece of literature for display and distribution
• Transport of exhibition literature to the NEC (subject to size and quantity)
Costs
• £200 for a leaflet – DL/A5/A4
