From 2026, Visit East of England, operating the Suffolk and Norfolk LVEP, will move from offering individual website listings to a structured membership model.
This change brings together the full range of support we already provide to tourism and hospitality businesses across Norfolk and Suffolk, including digital visibility, marketing and PR activity, events, awards, travel trade engagement and industry communications.
The move to membership is designed to create a clearer, more consistent offer for businesses, while continuing to support strong online presence and promotion across our consumer websites.
Why are we making this change?
Over time, our work has grown beyond individual website listings.
Alongside listings, we now deliver year-round destination marketing, content creation, PR activity, events, awards, travel trade representation and industry support. Moving to a membership model allows us to reflect this wider role more clearly and ensure businesses understand the full range of support available to them.

What does this mean for existing listed businesses?
If you currently hold a listing on one of our websites, you will not lose your online presence as part of this change.
Your business will continue to be listed on Visit East of England and either Visit Norfolk or Visit Suffolk as we move to the new model. At renewal, you will be offered membership options that build on your existing listing and reflect the level of support that is right for your business.
There is no requirement to upgrade at this stage, and no immediate action is needed.
Introducing LVEP membership
From 2026, businesses will engage with LVEP through membership rather than individual listings.
Membership is available at two levels:
Core membership
Designed for businesses that want strong, reliable online visibility alongside access to wider LVEP marketing, communications and industry support.
Enhanced membership
Designed for businesses seeking higher levels of exposure, more frequent promotion and additional included benefits such as enhanced listings, content inclusion and awards access.
Both membership levels include a business listing as part of the package.
