Late Night Christmas Shopping in Lavenham
Lavenham was made for Christmas! Take a step back in time where you are welcomed into this stunning village by gorgeous quaint buildings and wonky lanes that set the tone for a perfect Christmas outing. Santa’s Workshop – Kersey Mill

And don’t forget to take a ride on the Santa Express Christmas train through the enchanted gardens, for more Christmas surprises! Start your Christmas shopping early at Stonham Barns Park and come along to our Annual Christmas Craft Market and see what special gifts you can find for your family and friends. There will be stalls with hand-made locally produced gifts that you will not find on the High Street.
Stowmarket Christmas Fayre and light switch
This years Christmas Fayre is on! Across various locations within the town centre the Town Mayor, Keith Scarff, will be opening the event and announcing the start of the festive period by lighting up the town centre to kickstart the festivities and bring that seasonal sparkle across the town. There will be an array of incredible market stalls from local and regional traders as well as an ice rink and merry go round!

Enchanting Christmas at Kentwell Hall
Traditional, festive, and fun! A fantastic family day out and a visit to Father Christmas at Kentwell Hall will make this years festive period the best yet! There is a plenty to see and do at this stunning location, from wreath making, guided Christmas trail tours with Kentwell’s owners and even a journey through history at a Victorian Christmas Dinner!
Mrs Claus will even welcome your little one to Father Christmas’s cottage to help write and post their Christmas letters, before meeting the Big guy himself.

Sudbury Christmas Light Switch On
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Friday 26th November is the official Sudbury Christmas light switching on event. Join us at Duck-in-Boots from 4pm where we shall have a mini Christmas market, meet Scrooge and the Grinch, plus lots of incredible artisan Christmas gifts, as well as our Santa’s Grotto with the big man himself!
The town will be having its light switch on event from 5pm till 9pm
Festive Luxury Wreath Making Workshop
Feeling the creative festive spirit? Head over to the Museum of East Anglian like for a Festive wreath making session. Delivered by Romeo and Succulent you will create your own luxury Christmas wreath using natural items such as real pine cones, moss, dried oranges, cinnamon sticks, fresh foliage, cotton ribbons and more.
The workshop will include all materials required and use of equipment. Remember to dress for warmth as this session will be in one of the museum’s barns.
Saturday 11th December – please arrive 9.45 for a 10am start.
Long Melford Christmas Fair
Returning to Long Melford for a 10th year, this fair will be taking place over four rooms in The Old School, and offer shoppers a wonderful choice of beautifully designed and handcrafted gifts for Christmas.
Makers will be showcasing the latest in contemporary and vintage inspired handmade items. Stallholders include Woodturner Glyn Hall; Peter Clayton Wildlife Photographer; glass by the Little Lime Design Company; sculptures by The Happy Hare Co and Nanak Jewellery.
