- The prize is a a 7-night self-catering break in a 6-berth Prestige Grade Holiday home at Haven Seashore Holiday Park, Great Yarmouth.
- The prize must be taken between June and November 1 2021, subject to availability.
- There is no cash alternative and no purchase necessary.
- The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Only one entry per person.
- All entertainment passes to access the facilities will be included for guests.
- The prize draw is open to persons 18 years and older and UK residents.
- The prize is not transferable without the prior agreement of Haven Seashore.
- This prize draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- One winner will be selected from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process.
- The winner will be required to claim their prize within 5 working days, otherwise the prize will be re-drawn and offered to the next entrant selected at random. The prize draw closes at midnight Sunday March 28.
- The winner will be notified on March 29 by email to the address provided.
- The prize winner’s email address will be sent to haven Seashore to enable the organisers to contact the winner to claim the prize.
- Employees and families of Visit East of England and Haven Seashore are excluded from entering the prize draw.
- Acceptance of the prize authorises the prize and prize draw providers to publish the name, photo, county and country of the winner.
- The winner may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity related to this promotion.
Data rights and usage: If entrants opt in to receive more information from the prize draw organiser (Visit East of England), entrants’ details will be collected, stored and transferred in accordance with their privacy policy, and used for contacting recipients by email only. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time and information will not be passed on to third parties.
