Held during Dutch Travel Week, Vakantiebeurs is a prominent trade and consumer show visited by 71,112 vacationers in 2024. The event includes two days for trade and four days for consumers, making it an excellent opportunity to network with Dutch operators and showcase your business to a large number of visitors. Visit East of England will have their dedicated stand within the new Visit Britain pavilion, providing a prime location to attract attention.

- Availability: 6 partners
- Cost: £400 + VAT per business
- Includes: A representative from your business on the Visit East of England stand for two days, graphics on the stand featuring your business, counter space, leaflet display, entry in the show catalogue, and transport of brochures and exhibition materials to Holland (within limits).
- Excludes: Accommodation, flights, food and drink, and transport to and from the show.
- Option 2: 1-Day Stand Partner Opportunity
- Cost: £200 + VAT per business
- Includes: A representative from your business on the Visit East of England stand for one day, graphics on the stand featuring your business, counter space, leaflet display, entry in the show catalogue, and transport of brochures and exhibition materials to Holland (within limits).
- Excludes: Accommodation, flights, food and drink, and transport to and from the show.
- Option 3: Brochure Display
- Cost: £215 + VAT
- Includes: Transport to the exhibition, display, and distribution of 150 DL/A5 leaflets.
- Excludes: Design, printing, or postage to VEE offices.

- Includes: A representative from your business on the Visit East of England stand for both days, graphics on the stand featuring your business, counter space, leaflet display, entry in the show catalogue, and exhibitor parking.
- Excludes: Accommodation, food and drink, and transport to and from the show.
- Option 2: 1-Day Stand Partner Opportunity
- Cost: £475 + VAT per business
- Includes: A representative from your business on the Visit East of England stand for one day (either 22nd or 23rd March), graphics on the stand featuring your business, counter space, leaflet display, entry in the show catalogue, and exhibitor parking.
- Excludes: Accommodation, food and drink, and transport to and from the show.
- Option 3: Brochure Display
- Cost: £200 + VAT
- Includes: Transport to the exhibition, display, and distribution of 100 DL/A5 leaflets.
